I cannot rave enough about Spire’s pre-workout. I’ve tried plenty of pre-workouts and this one is the simply best. The energy I get from it is gradual and smooth allowing me to stay focused and energized without the intense anxiety I get from a lot of other ones. The pump is always incredible throughout my workout when I'm taking it. With other pre-workouts, I’ve had jitteriness and feelings of uncomfortableness, but this is never an issue with Spire. The ingredient profile of Spire’s pre-workout is top notch with all the right dosages and no filler ingredients. This is easily my number one pick for pre-workouts!

INSAAANE pump from this bad boy. I like that there's not just an overload of caffeine in it like some other pre-workouts. Also love that there's no sucralose or anything weird in it.

Took it before a long run and felt like I could keep going forever. No weird aftertaste. No artificial funk. Just clean, fruity goodness. I’d drink this even without the workout boost. I love that it’s transparent about what’s inside. Strawberry Yuzu is my new ritual.
